We’ve also beenhighlighting some individual stories of interesting careers from some of theexperts we’ve had on the podcast have a look in our video library. Given theamount of discussion during this year on the part played by AI not just inpotentially threatening careers but in enhancing them, we will continue tobring you expert views and advice on this. When we surveyed our membership afew months ago more on that below, we learned that % of the sample were usingAI then, and the number is only going to increase. Original Insights and Reports We completed a number ofsurveys during which brought out some extremely valuable insights. One thingthat’s clear employers and employees alike recognize more than ever theimportance of upskilling, certification, and that AI is here to stay! In ourreport The State of Digital Skills and Corporate Training in we saw that %ofthe marketing and HR leaders surveyed plan to address the skills gap in theirorganization and that AI strategy development is the most prominent skillmissing today %. In a separate report The Benefits of a Digital MarketingCertification to Marketers, Employers, and Educators we surveyed universitiesand colleges as well as employers to ask how they see the value of a digitalmarketing certification.
