The competition promotes itself and spreads from one person to another through the content created by its participants. The most encountered problem in the case of the content was the fact that the participants did not approach the journals with the same seriousness with which they approached the training. In order to solve this problem, the decision was made to introduce in the regulation a note on the diary, but also the obligation of competitors and coaches to respect the content plan.
The introduction of the note on the diary, the penalization of delays in sending the diaries, but also the obligation to create the content through a contractual clause led to an evolution of the diaries and an increase in the quality of their content. Weekly tasks + tips and tricks Phone Number Data for achieving them + examples Every week we send a task to the teams involved in the competition, and this task turns into a diary posted on the Fit Challenge blog. For 16 weeks (13 competition weeks, 1 pre-competition week, 2 post-competition weeks), we send them 14 weekly tasks with different themes.

Training – Example Supplements – Example Diet – Example In addition to these main themes, we also carry out interviews to get to know the coaches, the competitors, and their experiences. In order for the produced materials to turn out well, we get involved in the creation process and come with helpful questions (in the case of written diaries), tutorials, tools and formatting tips (in the case of video diaries) and we offer them many examples with diaries from past editions, so that they have the necessary inspiration to create quality content. Content optimization The journals received from competitors are often far from the final form, and in order to publish them, they often require additional editing and formatting that we perform before promoting the materials.
